- A box opening video showing the unboxing of the product and the damage clearly.
- Photographs of the damaged product.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Without the required video and photographs, we will not accept the return.

- Include the order number, details of the damage, and attach the required video and photographs.
2.2 Inspection and Approval
- Once we receive your return request, we will review the provided evidence to verify the damage.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
2.3 Return Shipping
- For damaged products, Dynamic Computers will bear the return shipping costs.
- You will receive a prepaid return label or instructions for the return process.
3. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Any product showing signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return.
4. Refund for Returned Products
- Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- The inspection process typically takes 2-3 business days after the product is delivered back to us.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 working days after approval.
5. Exceptions
Returns are not applicable in the following scenarios:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Requests made beyond the specified timeframes.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper use.
